The scope covered fabrication and erection of 600 MT of structural steel including trusses, gantries, walkways, and supporting structures for the conveyor system.
The project required erection of long-span bridge segments at height while maintaining precise alignment and structural stability "” all within an active plant environment. Our team coordinated closely with Adani's mechanical and electrical teams to ensure seamless integration with the conveyor system installation.
The project was completed within the scheduled timeline from June 2023 to February 2024, achieving precise structural alignment and zero major safety incidents throughout execution.
