GM Engineering & Project was awarded the complete structural steel package for a large-scale industrial warehouse complex by Adani Logistics in Ahmedabad. The project involved fabrication and erection of 850 MT of structural steel covering a total built-up area of 50,000 sq ft.
The scope included primary structural frames, secondary steel members, roofing purlins, side wall girts, crane girders, mezzanine floors, and all associated bracings and connections. The structure was designed to accommodate heavy industrial loading requirements with overhead crane provisions.
The project was completed within 6 months from January to June 2023, meeting Adani Logistics' operational commissioning schedule with zero major safety incidents throughout the execution phase.
Erecting 850 MT of structural steel across a 50,000 sq ft footprint within 6 months required precise sequencing, heavy crane coordination, and parallel fabrication-erection workflows to meet Adani Logistics' operational deadline.
